Corinne graduated with distinction from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
She worked in 3 multidisciplinary clinics in Chilliwack and Vancouver in addition to supporting Saint-George’s School sports teams (hockey & basketball) as a massage therapist and first aid responder during events and matches.
Corinne is fascinated by how strong, adaptable and resilient our bodies are, and she focuses on facilitating the often over-looked mind-body connection. Treatments are targeted to each client’s specific needs, inclusive of assessment, treatment and reassessment if needed. Corinne used no-oil techniques and her treatments incorporate a variety of active and passive techniques including Swedish, dynamic releases and myofascial release. She strongly believes in providing an education component to her treatment with tips or homecare exercises to further the benefits of your massage.
Corinne is happy to provide treatment to athletes of all levels, outdoor enthusiasts and community members who are looking to improve performance, those recovering from an injury or surgery, or those simply looking to receive a general maintenance massage to proactively take care of themselves! She has taken continuing education courses in temporomandibular joint dysfunction rehabilitation, myofascial massages, thoracic treatments and pain science all with the intent to broaden her knowledge and application of her skill sets to better meet the needs of her clients.
In her free time, Corinne enjoys trail running, ski touring, climbing, hiking, cycling, kayaking and all other outdoor-oriented activities.
Whether you are looking for maintenance, injury recovery or a wellness massage, Corinne is honoured to be part of your health journey.
